Position: EPWP Pump Operators (x397)
Department: Infrastructure and Water Services
Duration: 10 Months (EPWP Fixed Contract)
Salary: R30 580.00 per annum
Station: Within Sekhukhune District Municipality

Requirements:

• Grade 7 plus 1-year relevant experience.

Key Performance Areas:

• Operation of water pumps and general maintenance of pumps and the pump house surrounding areas.

The Following Are Technical and Behavioural Competencies:

• OHS act and Understanding of the pump manual. Writing and Communication Skills, Listening skills, Creative and Innovative, Multitasking, Customer relations, Continuous Improvement, Inter-personal relations, Sobriety. Preference will be given to candidates who are residing in close proximity to the pump stations.
